The sea is angry today

In world mythology one of my favorite devices is in the Egyptian Papyrus of Ani: the model human soul (Osiris standing in) has his heart weighed on the scale of Maat against a feather, and if it is too heavy then the deceased may not enter the afterlife. Such a beautiful metaphor; a clear conscience and lightheartedness entitle you to, well, more of same. Not sure why that's been on my mind lately, maybe something about chaos and dancing stars.
