Damn, I was just at the store and I didn't get and Urquell for the occasion. Not Polish, I know, but pretty close. Perhaps a sip of absinthe will suffice, for the European Romantics in all of us.
Na zdrowie!
Listening to: Prelude in D minor Op. 28 no. 24

In my opinion, the best drink for celebrating the occasion would be Chopin vodka. Maybe a very dry martini, or just drink it straight from the bottle! I mean, it has the guy's face on it. What better way to honor him?
That is an excellent point, forgot about that. Further, after seeing the new Chopin Vodka ad campaign, well, I will buy anything they sell. Black tar potato heroin? Cha-Ching!
Also, congrats to the folks at the marketing department of Chopin Vodka for choosing a hot chick in lace to sell their product instead of a dead Chopin in lace. No one needs to see the latter, or even imagine it.
Yay, this calls for a special celebration. I wish I could say that Chopin Vodka was the best but from what I remember of the bottle from a few years ago, it was average. Definately better than say Monarch but still.
Man good times. Good to see everyone is holding up well.
Cheers to Chopin and all of you!
