Dude! We should swap alcohol sometime. My dad makes some great cherry wine.
After looking through the picture of PriceBrewFest 2k8 I am convinced your dad is the smartest man in the world.
If you allow your beer to sit around in the dark and ferment to long it will turn EMO... be warned.
